How to wear DRYbands

 

 

1. Slide your hand in the thinner side of your wristband first, with the seam on the outside.


Make sure the care instructions are on the outside as well!!  Wearing them inside out will cause them to feel too tight and will not give you the benefits of the absorbing core.

I like to put the seam on the front of my wrist because I don't feel it there, but you can put it where it feels most comfortable to you!

  

2. Next, put on your grips as usual.


Pull the wristband up under your grip so that your grip will not rub against your skin.

 

3. Finally, flip up the lower half of the wristband to cover the buckles or velcro of your grip.

*BE CAREFUL NO TO PULL IT UP TOO HIGH.

Make sure the wristband only just covers the buckles/velcro.  Pulling it too high can cause tears or holes in the wristband or cause the gymnast to feel like they are slipping!
