RETURNS:

Items that show no signs of wear* may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 calendar days.
(For your convenience, 30 days are determined beginning the day the item was DELIVERED- not the date the order was placed.)

-CHALK/TAPE/SIZER SETS are final sale and are not eligible for store credit/refunds.

-CUSTOMIZED WRISTBANDS are final sale and are not eligible for store credit/refunds.  If we make a mistake on your custom options, please email us so that we can fix it!

-LEOTARDS and APPAREL must have all tags on and show no signs of wear to be eligible for a store credit/refund.


*Wristbands showing signs of wear may be given a partial credit/refund. 

2. UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ITEM(S), STORE CREDIT/REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

Don't want to wait to receive your new item?  Just purchase a new pair and return the ones that do not fit for a refund.

CANCELLATIONS:

Orders may be cancelled up to the point they are shipped for a full refund. Once an order has been put into the mail and a tracking number is issued, the customer will need to send the order back. 

A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item.

Customers outside the U.S.

We are currently unable to generate return labels for addresses outside the United States.
To return items:

1. Ship your items back through your local post

2. Send a picture of the receipt and tracking number to sayNOtoSWEAT@gmail.com to be reimbursed shipping costs.
